The Halcyon Gourmet, a full service caterer, event planner, and gourmet kitchen based in Brooklyn, New York is the brain-child of two friends whose combined skill at creating beautifully crafted events and gourmet food finally brought them to the realization that this is what they were meant to do.
Maria Rizzo, a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education and former Chef de Cuisine at ‘Cesca Restaurant in Manhattan, and Archie Gianunzio, who has designed events large and small from cocktail parties to weddings to receptions at the Whitney Museum of American Art together bring you the Halcyon Gourmet.
